Debs McCahon has successfully completed the Brighton Marathon raising funds for Biblins. Debs joined 4 other Woodcraft Folk runners to take on the 26.2 mile challenge to raise funds to fully equip The Burrow.
Debs finished in the top 25% of women runners on the day after starting the race in glorious sunshine and finishing it in freezing rain.
Of her achievement Debs said “I was just really pleased to be able to show the same level of determination and dedication that the team of volunteers have been demonstrating on site since Woodcraft Folk began the business planning process. Biblins is beautiful and you can’t help but fall in love with the site. I hope that by providing everything a group needs to stay in the Burrow that we will enable more groups to visit.”
