We are pleased to announce that, following relaxations in the Government restrictions, Biblins Youth Camp Site will be accepting bookings from April12th onwards for Family and Household groups ONLY.

All group bookings before June 7th will not go ahead. Options include:
If we are unable to reschedule your booking, refunds will be made as soon as business conditions allow. We are working through bookings and aim to have made all relevant changes by 7th June.

Once you have a clear idea of when you will be able to come to Biblins, please email us at biblins@woodcraft.org.uk with your preferred dates, using RESCHEDULE as the subject of the email.
Please be clear whether you would like to come in 2021 or 2022.
Our cancellation policy states.
Cancellation and Refunds
If a group requests a cancellation and an alternative date is not booked, their Deposit payment will be forfeit.
For cancellations made by a group within 2 weeks of the camping event, a charge of 50% of the total fee will be levied.
Where a cancellation is made, by Biblins Campsite, due to site closure for safety reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances, or by the imposition of Government restrictions, then groups will be offered the opportunity to re-book on alternative dates. If the alternative dates are not acceptable then a full refund of ALL payments will be made.
If a group is prevented from camping by an order from any of:
Their National Ruling Body;
The National Youth Agency;
The Department for Education,
we will offer the opportunity to re-book on alternative dates. If the alternative dates are not acceptable then a full refund of ALL payments will be made.
If you are unable to carry your booking over to a later date and you need to cancel, please email us at biblins@woodcraft.org.uk. with CANCELLATION as the subject of the email.

Subject to other bookings we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs, as we understand this is a difficult time for us all.
If we are open and you can not reschedule we will retain your non-refundable deposit.
